PUMPKIN BUTTER | |
Peel a pumpkin, remove seeds and cut into pieces. Cook the pumpkin until tender. Drain off liquid, mash or puree in blender. Add equal amounts of sugar and pumpkin. Boil to desired consistency. Add pumpkin pie spices to taste. Stir well. Pour into sterilized jars and seal with hot sterilized lids. Great! |
