STRAWBERRY OMELET 
3 eggs
2 slices chopped bacon
2 slices Velveeta cheese
1 tbsp. strawberry preserves
Sliced fresh strawberries
Confectioners' sugar

Fry and drain bacon in 10" skillet, medium heat. Beat eggs well with fork. Add beaten eggs to bacon. Cook slowly until light brown and most moisture gone. Turn carefully, spread jam on 1 half and cheese on other. Place sliced strawberries on the jam and fold in half. Place on plate, sprinkle with confectioners' sugar (sift). Add whole strawberry for garnish.
