FRESH FRUIT COMPOTE 
2 c. well drained mandarin oranges
1 c. fresh or frozen thawed raspberries
1/4 c. orange juice
Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Combine orange, raspberries, orange juice and sugar. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 8 hours. Garnish with mint leaves.
