FRESH FRUIT - PUDDING COMPOTE 
1 3/4 c. cold milk
1 tbsp. orange liqueur, orange juice, brandy, etc.
1 (3 oz.) Jello vanilla instant pudding & pie filling
1 c. Cool Whip
6 c. fresh fruit (blueberries, melon balls, raspberries, sliced strawberries, peaches, watermelon, bananas, etc.)

Pour milk and liqueur into a bowl. Add pudding mix. Mix slowly with hand beater or at lowest speed for 1 minute. Add 1 cup whipped topping and arrange half of the fruit in large serving bowl. Add pudding mixture and top with remaining fruit. Garnish with additional whipped topping and fruits if desired.
