FRESH FRUIT COMPOTE DIP 
1 3/4 c. cold milk
1 tbsp. orange liqueur or orange juice frozen concentrate
1 pkg. (4 serving size) vanilla instant pudding
1 c. thawed cool whip
6 c. fresh fruit (blue berries, melon balls, raspberries, bananas, peaches or
sliced strawberries).

Pour milk and orange liqueur or orange juice concentrate into a bowl; add pudding mix. Beat slowly with hand beater or at slow speed of electric mixer for 1 minute. Add 1 cup of the thawed whipped topping and beat 1 minute longer or just until well blended. Arrange half the fruit in large serving bowl. Add the pudding mixture; top with remaining fruit. Garnish with additional whipped topping and whole strawberries if desired. Or use this mixture as a fruit dip. Place in bowl in center of a serving tray and arrange bite size pieces of fruit around it.
