TARTER SAUCE 
1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/4 c. finely chopped dill pickle or sweet pickle relish, drained
1 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 tbsp. chopped pimento
1 tbsp. snipped parsley
1 tsp. lemon juice

Combine mayonnaise, pickle or pickle relish, onion, parsley, pimento and lemon juice. Cover and chill for several hours. Serve with fish.
