PEACH PIE DELUXE 
4 lg. ripe peaches
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter
2 eggs
Pastry dough for pie
Meringue

Line a pie plate with pastry. Fill with peaches sliced rather thick. Sift flour and sugar together. Rub in shortening and add to the well beaten eggs. Blend well, then spread over peaches so that all are covered. Bake in hot oven for first 15 minutes. Then cover with meringue and bake another 15 minutes.
