KIDNEY BEAN STEW | |
1 lb. ground beef 1 med. onion, chopped 2 cans kidney beans 1 can whole tomatoes 1 can stewed tomatoes 1 can tomato sauce 1/2 c. catsup 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. dried minced garlic Dash of Mrs. Dash Ground pepper Brown ground beef, remove fat. Saute onion. Put all ingredients into LARGE electric fry pan or crock pot (on high) and simmer for 30 minutes for pan - 2 hours for crock pot. Serve with crisp salad and cornmeal bread or muffins. Serves 6 to 8. |
