ASPARAGUS OR GREEN CASSEROLE 
16 oz. can asparagus pieces or green beans
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
3 c. crushed Nabisco cheese nip crackers

Mix vegetable soup and egg in a medium bowl. In a 2 quart casserole put a layer of cracker cheese mixture. Then a layer of soup-vegetable mixture. Continue layers. You will have 2 vegetable layers. End with cracker mixture. Pour 1 stick melted butter over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minuets. Serves 8 to 10. This may be made 2 or 3 days ahead and kept in the refrigerator. Pour butter over just before baking. Excellent with turkey or ham.
