ASPARAGUS CASSEROLE 
1 can cut asparagus, drained
3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 sm. can green peas, drained
1 sm. can evaporated milk
1 c. cheese, grated
1/2 can cream of chicken soup
1 sm. pkg. potato chips, crushed
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Mix cheese in milk. Add all remaining ingredients except potato chips. Pour into a greased casserole and top with crushed potato chips. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Serves 10.
