1 lb. shrimp
1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
1 c. Jack cheese, shredded
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, shredded
2 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 c. artichoke
1/2 c. mayonnaise
garlic to taste
1 green onion, top and bottom diced
1 large round loaf of bread

Mix all of the above ingredients together. Cut top off bread and hollow out the middle. Fill bread bowl with mixture and replace top. Wrap bread in foil.

Bake 30 minutes in a 325°F oven or until cheese is melted. This recipes makes enough filling for two round loafs of bread.
