HOT PARTY DIP 
1 lb. hot pork sausage
1 lb. ground round
1 med. onion, diced
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can Rotel tomatoes with chiles
1 sm. can chopped black olives
1 sm. can sliced mushrooms

Brown sausage and ground round with onion; drain well. Add remaining ingredients and cook over low heat until cheese melts. Serve in slow cooker, at low heat setting, with tortilla chips.
