1 (8 oz.) Philadelphia Brand cream cheese
2 tbsp. Carnation evaporated milk
2 tbsp. Catalina dressing
1/3 c. catsup
1 tbsp. grated onion or onion juice
1/4 tsp. salt

Blend the cream cheese and carnation until smooth. Add all other ingredients and mix well. Serve with chips or Bugles.
