SEAFOOD MACARONI SALAD 
2 1/2 c. cooked macaroni
3/4 c. or 1 can shrimp
3/4 c. or 1 can crabmeat
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 tsp. seafood seasoning
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
Salt to taste

Boil macaroni in 2 quarts salted water. Drain and chill, set aside. In large bowl, prepare all other ingredients. add to macaroni, add mayonnaise and toss gently. Garnish with slices of black olives and fresh parsley, if you so desire. Add more mayonnaise if salad appears to be dry. Serves 8.
