FRIED CORN 
2 cans whole grained corn, undrained
1/2 stick butter
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Place in large heavy skillet; bring to a boil. Turn to low heat and simmer for about 1 hour until all juice from corn is evaporated. Stir every 15 minutes.
