PRETZEL STRAWBERRY SALAD 
2 c. broken unsalted pretzels
3/4 c. melted butter
3 tbsp. sugar
1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
2 c. boiling water
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen strawberries
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 sm. carton Cool Whip (8 oz. size)

Mix together pretzels, butter and the 3 tablespoons sugar and press into a 9"x13"x2" baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 8 minutes. Cool for 25 minutes.

Mix strawberry Jello in boiling water. Add strawberries to Jello mixture and refrigerate until thick, but not set. Pour over crust. Combine cream cheese and the 1 cup sugar; cream together. Fold Cool Whip into cream mixture. Pour over Jello mixture and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
