SPINACH POTATOES | |
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach 6 lg. potatoes, peeled & cooked 3/4 c. sour cream 2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 2 tsp. chives 1/2 tsp. dill 1/2 stick butter 1 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese Thaw and drain spinach. Mash potatoes with a fork until lumpy. Mix remaining ingredients, except cheese. Place into greased 10 x 10 inch casserole. Top with cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until cheese is browned. |
