SPINACH NEW POTATO MEDLEY 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen leaf spinach
3 slices uncooked bacon
1 chopped onion
1/2 lb. new potatoes, cooked, drained and quartered
3/4 tsp. marjoram
1/2 tsp. thyme
Dash oregano
Dash Tabasco
1 tsp. salt

Cook and drain spinach. Cook bacon in skillet. Remove and set aside. Saute onion and potatoes in drippings. Add spinach and seasonings. Heat through. Crumble bacon on top and serve.
