SPINACH POTATOES 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
6-8 lg. potatoes
3/4 c. sour cream
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. chopped chives
1/4 tsp. dill weed
4 tbsp. butter, melted
1 c. grated cheese

Cook and mash potatoes. Thaw and drain spinach. Combine all ingredients except cheese. Mix well. Place in greased casserole and top with cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Delicious.
