SEAFOOD GUMBO 
1/4 c. butter
1 c. chopped onion
3 tbsp. flour
4 c. water
1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
16 oz. can tomatoes
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
4 chicken bouillon cubes
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
10 oz. pkg. frozen okra
2 c. oysters
6 oz. crabmeat
Hot cooked rice

In large Dutch oven melt butter. Add onion and cook until tender. Stir in flour. Cook until flour is brown. Add water, tomatoes, celery, green pepper, bouillon cubes, cayenne pepper. Bring to boil. Simmer uncovered for 1 hour. Add okra and simmer 5 minutes. Add shrimp, oysters and crabmeat. Simmer 10 minutes. Serve with rice. Amounts and types of seafood can be determined by individual preference.
