HASH BROWN POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 (32 oz.) bag hash browns, thawed & layer in 9x13" baking pan
1 stick butter, melted
12 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 sm. onion, minced
1 can cream of chicken soup
Dash of pepper

Mix last 6 ingredients together and pour over potatoes. 2 cups corn flakes (crushed), sprinkle over potato mixture. 1/2 stick butter (melted), drizzle over corn flakes. Bake at 400 degrees until brown about 20 minutes.
