MEXICAN MEAT LOAF 
2 lb. ground meat
1 minced garlic
1 large can cream chicken soup
1 can taco sauce
salt and pepper to taste
1 chopped onion
1 can tomato paste
1 c. chicken rice soup
1 c. chopped chilli peppers
1 pkg. tortilla chips

Heat oven to 350°F. Brown meat (drain). Add remaining ingredients except tortillas and cheese. Bring to a boil. Layer meat mixture, then tortillas. Cover with cheese.

Bake 30 minutes.
