FAYE'S WILD RICE 
3/4 c. wild rice
1 can mushrooms
1 onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. celery, chopped
1 lb. seasoned pork sausage
1 c. grated cheese

Soak rice overnight, drain and rinse. Brown pork sausage. Add remaining ingredients except cheese and bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Add cheese and serve.
