BRUNSWICK STEW 
1 hen
2 (#2) cans tomatoes
#2 can creamed style corn
1 med. potato
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook hen until very tender. When cool, cut up meat into small pieces. Add tomatoes, corn and potato, cut up fine. Add seasonings and cook slowly, stirring occasionally to keep from sticking. Cook until potatoes are done and it is of the right consistency.
