1/2 c. oatmeal, grind in blender until fine
8 tsp. honey, use more or less as desired
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 c. butter
4 tbsp. buttermilk

Add dry ingredients to the ground oatmeal. Cut in butter until resembles peas. Add buttermilk and honey. Roll out thin. Cut with animal cookie cutters. Bake at 400 degrees until brown.
