This recipe is suggested for a large amount of meats. 1 (1/2 gal.) rum 1 gal. pineapple juice 1 (10 oz.) bottle Worcestershire sauce 1 lg. onion, finely chopped 1 bulb of garlic, finely chopped 10-12 (16 oz.) New York steaks

Mix all ingredients, place steaks in mixture and let them marinate for 24 hours. Bar-b-q to desired taste and serve. This marinate can be used on any meats.
