1/2 c. oatmeal
2 tsp. honey
1/4 plus 1/8 tsp. salt
3/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 c. butter
4 tbsp. buttermilk

Grind oatmeal in blender until fine. Add honey, salt, flour, and soda. Cut in butter. Add buttermilk. Roll very thin. Cut with animal cookie cutters. Bake at 400 degrees until brown, 10 to 12 minutes. Serves 8. Absolutely A-1!

NOTE: Use real butter, soften first. Do not grease cookie sheet.
