BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sausage
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. salt
2 slices bread, cubed (or enough to cover bottom of dish)
1 c. grated cheese

Saute sausage; drain well. Beat eggs, milk, salt and mustard. Layer bread cubes, sausage and cheese in 9"x13" baking dish. Pour egg mixture over top and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until done. 6 to 8 servings. May need to use lower temperature depending upon your oven.
