BREAKFAST SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sausage
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 c. sharp cheese, grated
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 slices bread or enough to cover bottom of 9 x 13 inch dish

Brown sausage and drain. Beat eggs with milk, salt, and mustard. Layer bread cubes, sausage, and cheese in dish. Pour egg mixture on top. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
