BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
1 lb. spicy pork sausage
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
2 slices white bread, cubed (Enough to cover bottom of dish)
1 c. grated sharp cheese

Saute the sausage and drain. Beat eggs with milk and salt. Layer the bread cubes, sausage and cheese in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Pour egg mixture on top. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 8-10. Preparation 25 minutes. Should be prepared the night before used.
