1 egg
1 c. milk
1/4 c. oil
2 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt

Combine liquids and drys separately. Pour dry ingredients into liquids and mix until all ingredients are just moistened.

Grease bottom of tins. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
