LUXURIOUS CRAB CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. butter
3 tbsp. minced onion
1/2 c. flour
1 qt. whipping cream
1/2 c. Marinara sauce
Salt and white pepper
2 tbsp. lemon juice
4 c. fresh crab meat
3 (9 oz.) boxes artichoke hearts, cooked
2 1/2 c. lg. shell macaroni, cooked
2 c. grated Swiss cheese

Melt butter and saute onions. Stir in flour, then remove from heat and vigorously stir in cream. Return to heat until sauce boils. Add Marinara sauce and salt and pepper.
