LO-CAL LAYERED DELIGHT 
Use 9 x 13 inch pan.

1 lg. container (lite) Cool Whip

CRUST:

1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. firmly chopped walnuts

Mix crust ingredients and press into bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan (not up sides). Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Let it cool.

LAYER A:

8 oz. bar (Neufchatel) cream cheese
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1 1/2 c. Cool Whip

Mix together Layer A ingredients until fluffy and spread over crust.

LAYER B:

1 (sm.) pkg. sugar-free vanilla instant pudding
1 1/2 c. skim milk

Mix together Layer B ingredients and spread over Layer A.

LAYER C:

1 sm. pkg. sugar-free chocolate instant pudding
1 1/2 c. skim milk

Mix together Layer C ingredients and spread over Layer B.

LAYER D:

1 sm. pkg. sugar-free pistachio instant pudding
1 1/2 c. skim milk

Mix together Layer D ingredients and spread over Layer C.

Top with remaining lite Cool Whip. Sprinkle with finely chopped nuts. It doesn't taste "diet" at all!
