1ST LAYER:

1 stick butter
1 c. flour
1/2 c. pecans, chopped

Mix and spread in 9"x13" pan. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool.

2ND LAYER:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip (buy lg. size)
Coconut

Mix all ingredients except coconut. Spread on 1st layer and sprinkle with coconut.

3RD LAYER:

2 pkgs. French vanilla instant pudding
3 c. milk

Blend and spread on 2nd layer.

4TH LAYER:

Spread rest of Cool Whip on top of 3rd layer. Refrigerate.
