FOUR LAYER DELIGHT 
1 c. flour
1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. nuts (chopped)
1/4 c. sugar

2:
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar

3:
2 sm. butterscotch pudding (instant)
3 c. milk

1. Mix well. Put in bottom of pan. Bake 15 minutes, 350 degrees. Let cool.

2. Mix together. Pour over cooled crust.

3. Spread over last layer and top with Cool Whip.

13x9 inch dish. (Substitute chocolate or banana pudding.)
