STUFFED CHICKEN THIGHS 
Wash and bone 6 chicken thighs.

Fry 3 strips of bacon and crumble. In same frying pan saute: 1/2 c. green pepper

Remove from heat and add: 2 tbsp. water 1/8 tsp. pepper 1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning 4 slices bread (crumbled fine)

Mix together and stuff 6 chicken thighs. Bake 450 degrees for 5 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
