FROZEN BANANA SALAD 
2 c. sour cream
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Few grains salt
1/3 c. chopped nuts
8 Maraschino cherries, chopped
1 (9 oz.) can crushed pineapple (drained)
2 ripe bananas, mashed

Mix together sour cream, sugar, lemon juice and salt. Stir in nuts, cherries, pineapple and mashed bananas. Pour mixture into muffin tins lined with fluted paper cups. Freeze. When frozen, remove from muffin tins, wrap and store. Yield: 12 servings.
