CREAMY CHICKEN SOUP 
1 chicken
1 gallon water
1 1/2 c. onion
1 1/2 c. celery
1 c. barley
3 bouillon cubes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3 tbsp. parsley

Cook chicken in water. Remove bones and strain. Add onion, celery, barley, bouillon, and cook 2 hours. Add soup, parsley and cook 1 hour. Serve. Cook uncovered.
