CREAMY CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI SOUP 
1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. flour
4 c. Half & Half
3 c. chicken broth
2 c. chicken, diced and cooked
2 c. fresh broccoli, semi-cooked
1 tsp. rosemary
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. whole thyme
1/2 tsp. pepper

Saute mushrooms and onion in butter in a medium saucepan over low heat until tender; add flour, stirring until smooth. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Gradually add Half & Half and chicken broth; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is thickened and bubbly. Stir in diced chicken and remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve with a crisp green salad and fresh French bread.
