ORANGE DATE BREAD 
3/4 c. boiling water
1 c. chopped dates
1/4 c. frozen juice concentrate
1/4 c. oil
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. grated orange rind
1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped nuts

Pour boiling water over chopped dates in large bowl and let cool to lukewarm. Add remaining ingredients; stir. Put in loaf pan or can be made in cupcake tins. Bake in 350 degree oven for 40 to 50 minutes for loaf pan; 20 to 25 minutes for muffins.

ORANGE CREAM CHEESE:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 tbsp. XXX sugar
3 tbsp. orange concentrate

Mix until light and fluffy. Serve on Orange Bread.
