BAKED BEAN CASSEROLE 
1 lg. onion, diced
2 tsp. salt
4 tsp. cider vinegar
3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 (30 oz.) can pork and beans
1 (#2) can kidney beans, drained
1 can lima beans, drained
1 can garbanzo beans, drained
1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 lb. bacon
1/2 c. ketchup

Dice bacon, fry, and remove from skillet, drain on paper towel. Cook ground beef and onion in 1 teaspoon bacon drippings until done. Add ketchup, salt, cider vinegar, and brown sugar. Finally add all beans, stirring gently until combined. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
