LASAGNE 
1/2 lb. lasagne noodles, use about 1/2 of pkg.
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 chopped onion
1 lb. ground meat
2 tsp. salt or less
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. basil
1 tbsp. minced parsley
2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
1 1/2 cans water
2 eggs
1 pt. (16 oz.) cottage cheese
1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Cook noodles 15 minutes, drain and cool. Brown meat, drain off grease, saute garlic and onions in meat. Add all seasoning, tomato paste and water. Simmer 5 minutes.

Blend eggs with cottage cheese.

In large pan, 9"x13", layer 1/2 meat sauce, 1/2 noodles; all cottage cheese mixture, 1/2 Mozzarella cheese, rest of noodles, sauce, rest of Mozzarella cheese, topping with Parmesan cheese.

Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

Makes a large amount. Half can be frozen to be cooked at another time.
