BAKED BROWN BREAD 
2 c. sour milk
1 c. flour
1 c. cornmeal
1 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. raisins
3/4 c. molasses
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. salad oil

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Grease 2 quart round casserole. Beat all ingredients in large mixing bowl on low speed, scraping bowl constantly, 30 seconds. Beat on medium speed, scraping bowl constantly, 30 seconds. Pour batter into greased casserole. Bake about 1 hour.

A colonial favorite, easier than steamed Brown Bread, the perfect food to serve warm with Baked Beans.
