MOM'S POTATO SALAD 
6 to 8 med. size potatoes
1/2 med. onion, diced sm.
3 hard boiled eggs, diced
2 tbsp. mustard
3 to 4 tbsp. Hellman's mayonnaise
1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
4 tbsp. sweet pickle relish

Boil potatoes with peelings on until tender. Remove from heat; drain. Let stand until cold. Peel and dice potatoes. Add onion, eggs and pickle relish. Salt to taste. Mix mustard, mayonnaise and sugar together in small bowl until well mixed. Combine potato mixture with mayonnaise mixture, mix well. Chill before serving.
