MIKE'S CHICKEN CACCIATORE 
1 (3 lb.) frying chicken, cut into pieces
2 med. onions
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 (No. 2) can tomatoes, chopped
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1 lg. green pepper
Salt, pepper, flour

Place salt, pepper and flour in a bag. Place chicken in bag and shake to coat. Heat olive oil in skillet and brown chicken. About 10 minutes. Slice green pepper lengthwise. Mix with onion, garlic and tomatoes. Add mixture to chicken. Cover, simmer slowly 40 minutes. Add sliced mushrooms, simmer until mushrooms and chicken are tender.
