SPINACH QUICHE (Less calories) 
1 onion, chopped
1 pkg. frozen spinach
1/2 lb. diced Swiss cheese
2 tbsp. flour
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
Pam
Nutmeg

Cook onions and spinach 10 minutes. Squeeze out water. Combine cheese and flour. Combine eggs and next 4 ingredients. Stir in spinach and cheese until well blended. Pour mixture into 9 inch pie plate that has Pam on it. Bake 350 degrees for 55 minutes. Let stand 5-10 minutes. Serves 8.
