1/4 c. butter
6 tbsp. cocoa
2 tbsp. oil
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. butter

Mix butter, cocoa, oil, sugar, flour and milk. Stir very well and simmer over low heat. Stir in vanilla and butter and let cool. Will thicken as it cools. Makes about 1 1/2 cups (I think).
