CHICKEN TETRAZZINI 
1 1/2 c. celery, chopped
Red pimentos
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
Salt & pepper
1 lb. grated American cheese
Chunked chicken

Simmer chopped celery in butter 20 to 30 minutes. Add red pimentos if desired. Cook 2 boxes of long spaghetti (drain). Combine spaghetti and celery with cream of mushroom soup, mushrooms, salt and pepper, American cheese and chunked chicken. Bake in greased casserole dish for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
