CHICKEN NOODLE CASSEROLE 
5 chicken breasts, cooked and cut into chunks
1/2 pt. sour cream
3/4 c. white wine
2 tsp. parsley (optional)
1/2 lb. spinach noodles, cooked
2 cans mushroom soup
2 tsp. curry
2 tsp. chopped onion
Parmesan cheese

Mix noodles and chicken. Combine soup, sour cream, curry and wine. Saute onion and parsley and mix into soup combination and pour over the noodles and chicken. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes.
