CHICKEN DIVAN 
Broccoli
Chicken cutlets, floured & sauteed
1 can cream of chicken soup
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1/4 tsp. curry powder
1/2 - 1 c. grated cheddar

Cook and drain broccoli; place in buttered casserole. Put chicken on top. Mix other ingredients and pour over chicken. Top with bread crumbs or stuffing, dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
